McCurdy Auction, LLC Sold 42 Wichita Residential Properties at Auction!!!

Wichita, KS--McCurdy Auction, LLC conducted a multi-parcel real estate auction of 42 Wichita properties. All 42 properties were residential dwellings and offered a first time home buyer or real estate investor a single location to purchase the home they are looking for. Homes ranged from fixer-uppers to remodeled homes. This was the tenth multi-parcel auction conducted. The sale grossed $1,198,500.00 between the 42 properties. The auction event took place Thursday March 6, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. The auction was conducted at The Broadview Hotel in downtown Wichita.
