Staying Involved You may simply refer us a name and number and collect a 1% referral fee (of the high bid amount) or you can elect to stay involved in a Co-Op Auction giving your client the benefit of your sphere of influence combined with our auctioning talent and award-winning marketing campaigns. A Co-Op Auction keeps you involved in many tasks such as showing, open houses, attending the auction, assisting in contracting and assisting our closing department in coordination of closing the sale.

COOP AGENT COMMISSION METHOD OF SALE
*5% of Top Bid ABSOLUTE
*4% of Top Bid WITH RESERVE

* In the event the Buyer is registered by a Broker/Agent then the above commission paid (Absolute or Reserve) is 3% of the highest bid.

As a licensed Realtor, you probably often get asked bv your Buyers about Real Estate Auctions. At McCurdy Auction, LLC we want you to feel welcome at our auctions. If you have a Buyer who wants to purchase an auction property, you no longer have to leave them on their own when it comes to buying at auction. All you have to do is fill out our Broker pre-registration form which registers your Buyer for the auction, attend the auction with your client and if they are the successful bidder, then you earn the offered referral fee at closing. With all 10% Buyers Premium auctions, 3% of the top bid price is offered to registered agents. Broker pre-registration forms are available online via the property information page or by requesting one from our office.
