So, you’re a licensed Realtor. You have questions about auctions and have heard about the growth trend in real estate auctions. Well, you are in the right place. Auctions are a great way to buy and sell property, and consumers are demanding this method of sale more and more everyday.
You may simply refer us a name and number and collect a 1% referral fee (of the high bid amount) or you can elect to stay involved in a Co-Op Auction, giving your client the benefit of your sphere of influence combined with our auctioning talent and award-winning marketing campaigns. A Co-Op Auction offers 3% of the high bid amount to you as a cooperative/referral fee and keeps you involved in many tasks such as showing, open houses, attending the auction, assisting in contracting and assisting our closing department in coordination of closing the sale.
As a licensed Realtor, you probably often get asked by your Buyers about Real Estate Auctions. At McCurdy Auction, LLC we want you to feel welcome at our auctions. If you have a Buyer who wants to purchase an auction property, you no longer have to leave them on their own when it comes to buying at auction. All the information relating to the property is packaged up in the Property Information Packet which is in MLS and on our website at that particular auction’s webpage. Typically a 3% (of high bid amount) cooperative/referral fee is offered to the agent whose client purchases the property. To be eligible, fill out our Broker Registration Form and attend the auction with your Buyer. Broker registration forms are available online via the auction’s webpage or by requesting one from our office.
