An integral part of the real estate transaction process, Shelly has been a member of the McCurdy team since 2000. Shelly is responsible for working extensively with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to close each real estate transaction. During her time with McCurdy, she has developed a reputation of providing a smooth, hassle-free process for every closing transaction handled by the Closing Department. To date, the Closing Department has coordinated over 7,500 real estate transactions since 2000.


Adding to her longstanding career in accounting, customer service, and real estate Shelly became a licensed real estate agent in 2005.
